In 2004, I covered two VISA reagattas. Some pictures in this gallery were taken on October 9, 2004 at the Norfolk Yacht and Country Club. That regatta was eventually cancelled due to lack of wind. The following weekend, I covered the regatta covered held on the Rappahannock River at Christchurch School in Saluda, Virginia.
